Project Summary:
The new Derby 'Super Hospital' is partially clad with lightweight terracotta rainscreen supplied by EH Smith who were engaged during the design process to suggest a user friendly, quickly installed, economic and lightweight cladding component.
The Management Comittee of the Hospital who were engaged in the product selection process quickly recognised the benefits of KeraTwin self cleaning Hydrotect tiles. Their facilities management team also saw the advantage of not having to clean the exterior of the building annually.
